San Francisco Symphony Orchestra - Holiday Concerts
Music is the soul of the holiday season. It takes us back to childhood and makes new memories we'll never forget. That's why the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra hosts so many holiday concerts, with amazing artists performing throughout December.
This season's San Francisco Symphony calendar includes:

  • Deck the Hall

    (Dec. 2nd) - A family tradition, with holiday music, special guests, arts, crafts, and refreshments.

  • Peter & the Wolf

    (Dec. 8th) - Music from the San Francisco Youth Orchestra, accompanied by a narrator telling the infamous story.

  • Colors of Christmas

    (Dec. 10-12th) - Pop hits and Christmas carols from Grammy stars, and more!

  • Handel's Messiah

    (Dec. 13-15th) - The timeless seasonal classic that influenced Beethoven.

  • Count Basie Orchestra

    (Dec. 16th) - Holiday symphony music, big band style!

  • Judy Collins with the San Francisco Symphony

    (Dec. 19th) - Known for her unique voice, Judy Collins takes holiday classics and makes them her own.

  • An Unforgettable Evening with Natalie Cole

    (Dec. 20th) - Natalie Cole sings audience favorites and seasonal songs with the Symphony.

  • Mariachi Sol de Mexico de Jose Hernandez

    (Dec. 21st) - Holiday music from the US and Mexico.

  • The Snowman

    (Dec. 22nd) - The beloved holiday film gets the orchestra treatment.

  • 'Twas the Night

    (Dec. 22-24th) - Bring the whole family, and sing Christmas songs along with the Symphony and SFS Chorus.

  • New Year's Eve Masquerade Ball with the San Francisco Symphony

    (Dec. 31st) - Glamour is the word. Cocktails, wine, dinner, dancing, masks, and more await!
