San Francisco Ballet Presents
First performed in 1892 at the Imperial Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, Russia, Tchaikovsky’s ballet The Nutcracker made its American debut on Christmas Eve, 1944 at San Francisco’s War Memorial Opera House.
