SHUTTLE: Airport Shuttles run 24 hours a day, no advance
reservations required, from the upstairs main terminal
level of SFO. The shuttle will cost $15 per person and
they will bring you to the front door of the King George
Hotel.
There are 5 different companies, and all will bring you
direct to our hotel, although the most popular services
are SUPER SHUTTLE & LORRIES SHUTTLE. Return
shuttles can be booked through our concierge at $13 per
person.
TAXI: Taxis are available from the downstairs bag claim level
at SFO. The cost depends on traffics, but is
roughly $40 - $45.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (BART): From
the island in the middle of the roadway outside
the terminal catch an AIRBART shuttle ($4 per person) to the BART
(Bay Area Rapid Transit (ie: subway))
Station. Take a San Francisco / Daly City,
Colma or SFO train and exit
at POWELL STREET ($5.50 per person).
Exit via the POWELL STREET EXIT and the POWELL
STREET STATION, follow Powell Street (North -
uphill), to
O'FARRELL STREET (2 blocks). Turn LEFT on O'FARRELL
and proceed one full block to MASON STREET, turn
RIGHT. The hotel is a half a block up on
your left.
On weekends, holidays and during certain off-peak
hours there is no direct service from Oakland to San
Francisco. Public Service announcements will
inform you of the proper trains to take in order to
transfer to a San Francisco train.
